Miss Harrieth Mabuza

A highly accomplished Chartered Accountant (CA)(SA) with a Master of Commerce (MCom) in Taxation from Wits University, where her research focused on the taxation of REITs and property companies. She holds a strong academic foundation, with qualifications from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and additional certifications including the RE1 and RE5 Certificates, Integrated Reporting for Accountants from the University of Johannesburg, and SAICA Assessor accreditation. Ms. Mabuza is also a proud member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA).
With over a decade of experience in finance, taxation, and accounting, she brings a specialised skill set in financial modelling, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance within the property and investment sectors. She most recently served as Group Tax Manager at Attacq Limited, a JSE-listed property group, where she led tax strategy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, provided technical accounting opinions, and ensured alignment with the Companies Act and JSE regulations. Her career also includes valuable private equity experience gained during her time with RH Bophelo Ltd & RH Managers, where she supported investment structures, oversaw group audits, and implemented efficient financial reporting systems across both listed and unlisted portfolios. Ms. Mabuza’s ability to combine deep tax expertise with strategic financial insight and private equity exposure makes her a valuable asset in the property and real estate investment space.
