Shenge is a 100% Black-owned property investment vehicle with a proven 30-year track record within its portfolio. The core investment strategy is to develop rural and township retail assets with risk-aligned, operational, and experienced partners. The Shenge mission facilitates geographical diversification in retail assets in well-located nodes and underrepresented areas. The portfolio also provides access to amenities and convenience in underserviced areas, as well as contributing to job creation and community uplift (during and after construction), along with infrastructural improvements in the areas.
Shenge also invests in commercial office space and has a strong operating portfolio dominated by large A-grade tenants, providing strong and secure rental income. It mainly serves the needs of township, rural, and inner CBD communities.
