Herbert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Limpopo. He founded Nthoese Development in 1993 and has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry; he was instrumental in growing Nthoese ’s portfolio to just over R2 billion. Herbert holds directorships in various companies and has business interests in various industries, including motor and logistics. He currently sits on the committee of the Black Property Owners Association. He previously sat on the Bushbuckridge Chamber of Commerce committee and the Education Forum.
