Santosh is the Acting Head for the Public Investment Corporation’s (‘PIC”) Unlisted Real Estate Asset Management function since July 2022, overseeing an unlisted property portfolio of ZAR50 billion.
Prior to his current position, he was a Private Equity Fund Principal in a deal-making capacity overseeing a South African sector agnostic Fund, which included investments in financial services and FMCG.
Santosh has almost 2 decades of investment experience and is a Chartered Accountant. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Leadership from Henley Business School and a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Estate (Currently pursuing Masters) from the University of Manchester.
