Vennessa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Witwatersrand and is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa(TPD) and a certified Director (Cert. Dir®) with the Institute of Directors of South Africa (IoDSA).
She has diverse experience in the legal environment post-practicing as an Attorney, including legal advisory, corporate governance, company secretariat, risk and compliance in the private and public sectors. Industries include Aviation, Vehicle Finance, Property, Construction, general Commercial and Corporate transactions.
She is a long-standing Board Member of the Corporate Council Association of South Africa (CCASA), in support of promoting national and global best legal practices.
